The Zanzibar Villas Estate is for those

and atmosphere. Our villas are perfectly
situated just a short easy walk from the
beach and Paje village center.
The various sizes of villas are perfect for

friends, who like to do their own thing,
Home from Home. You will enjoy the estates
open spaces and natural wildlife; you can
watch some of many animals come to drink at
the watering hole in front of each villa.
There’s always a nice breeze out on the
veranda under the millions of stars and all
the smells and sounds of the African bus,
what can be more perfect…
You can also socialize with other villa
guests at the central communal area, a large
swimming pool with children’s pool, plenty
of sun loungers, hammocks and shaded areas.
You can make BBQ’s and enjoy the honesty
bar, all the cooking and dining service is
available and at hand.

and children, mountain bikes, a quad bike
