Five double bedrooms, 2 with bathrooms en-suite, 3 with A/C, one shared bathroom with WC Suitable for 8 adults and 2 children sharing. Satellite TV , WiFi and DVD player in lounge, all bedrooms, lounge and dining room have fans, hot and cold showers, a bath, well equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, ice cube maker, toaster, kettle, electric cooking plate, oven and plenty of cooking equipment and tableware for 10 people.
The property has private secure parking within the large, exclusive gardens. These include barbecue and dining area with table for 10 people, sun loungers, hammocks, and chairs.
Situation: Private residential area on edge of the village approximately, 5 minutes walk to the beach and village center, shops, SupaDuka supermarket, restaurants and bars all within 10mins walk.
Services: Full stable electricity supply via our own transformer and silent back-up generators, plus own fresh well water supply, Inclusive: the villas Manager and daily housekeeping, all bed linen, towels. This is a self-catering property with a possibility of a freelance cook (based on availability only and on advance request). Some evenings and special occasions we hold BBQ’s at the villas estate, inform about these on arrival with the villas manager

if you would like to book a transfer with us in advance, for instance from or to the airport or ferry or onward to your next hotel, please select one of the following options and add to cart. (NB. TRANSFERS quoted are for 1 x MINIBUS SEATS MAX 8.PEOPLE & BAGGAGE) if your group is bigger you will need 2 x minibuses!
NB. We would like to state that we have very reliable and trustworthy drivers and buses which we use for some years, our cost may be higher than a local driver but be warned they are unpredictable and often unreliable, the same applies to our car hire service we work with a reliable company and it costs more! Please remember this is your choice to book our service, and don’t forget we are in Africa, not Europe!!!

Each driver will need an international driving license or we can arrange a local Zanzibar driving permit/license to go with the license of your own country on arrival (*takes one day to organize this permit and cost USD.20, - for the duration of the rental)
NB. We would like to state that we have a very reliable and trustworthy relationship with our local car hire company which we have used successfully for some years. Our cost is higher than many local companies or individuals, who may be cheaper but probably do not have a operating license, nor proper liability insurance and tourism permits, the cars are often not serviced unpredictable and often unreliable, your car can be late, with no fuel in it and no back-up. Don’t forget we are in Africa, with all its wonders, it is not Europe!!! You don’t have many rights and there is no road side AA service!!! We advise you’re strongly not to go cheap on this option. Please remember this is your choice to book our service for which we will support you as best possible to get the best out of your holidays we can’t offer a guarantee, but a best chance, “We are not AVIS, but we do try harder” :)

The prices on this page are quoted as the basic cost for a direct bank transfers in USD. It is possible to pay in EURO and GBP at our advised exchange rates. The rates shown for online payments via Credit Card and PayPal sections below are including the commissions we have to pay those companies. We there for wish it to be understood that this payment method is for your convince hence the extra costs involved.

Please note that all our prices for the entire Villas are set into 2 or 3 seasons; Low – Middle – High.
Rates quoted are per night for the whole villas are for the maximum persons quoted on this website; we do NOT rent rooms or split bookings within villas. We have a standard minimum length of stay of 3 nights in low and middle seasons and 6 nights in high season.
